Return and refund
If for some reason you wish to return your item, you can ship the item back to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, we can not make exceptions to this limitation. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging being unused. There will be a restocking fee of 15% of original price plus shipping cost.
To start a return, contact us at weavescape.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Upon return, your item will be inspected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Actual shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. WeaveScape reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to use, damage, or misuse by the client. We will be unable to ship these items back to you without an additional shipping charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 12 days. After this timeframe, we cannot accept any claim on damages/issue.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
